If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online stores, you may return your selection with original proof of purchase for an immediate exchange or refund (less shipping and processing) within 30 days of receipt.
Non-returnable items are expressly noted.
The item must be returned in good, RESELLABLE, condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
Items purchased from a Marketplace retailer cannot be returned to a Fantasma Toys or Magic store or to Fantasmatoys.com or FantasmaMagic.com they must be returned to their Marketplace Retailer in accordance with their returns policy.
